But I am going to declare that this fail is ultimately a success. Here is why:
On Sunday Night at WPPI I attended Justin and Mary's Freshman Soiree which was a fundraiser for an AMAZING girl. I got to sit with Mary for quite awhile (let's be honest, I was really into the conversation, and pretty much just dominated her time - Sorry about that!) and was able to hear a lot about Vivienne - a nine year old girl who is making a stand against slavery. So while I did not personally get to meet Vivienne, and I obviously didn't get to photograph her, I know That Girl Looks Like God. And I am glad to be able to pass along her story to you - even if it isn't in my own words.
